Aft Cocktail Deck - A Hidden Gem for Romantic Lounging in Las Vegas

Since I visit Las Vegas a lot, I love to stay at the Wynn and my favorite place to unwind and meet with friends during daytime is Aft Cocktail deck. It feels like being on a ship and is a peaceful place in the middle of all the action of Las Vegas. I never had trouble getting a table although it’s always very crowded. The cocktails are delicious, but when it’s about food I can only tell it looks delicious but I haven’t tried to far. The staff is very nice, the service is excellent and the ambience is simply beautiful. I highly recommend it!

When we arrived the deck wasn't very busy and we got a great table to enjoy the show, which was trippy and fun. The cocktails and service were exceptional and because it wasn't busy (it was pretty late at night) and the setting was intimate, it felt like we found a some kind of well-kept Las Vegas secret. We will absolutely be going back the next time we're in town.

It’s hard to beat the atmosphere of this cocktail lounge. Located right in front of the lake of dreams at the Wynn you are surrounded by opulence. The theme of the place is nautical and they paid attention to every detail from the metal railings to the hostess’s uniform. They offer small plates to eat, cocktails and mock tails. You can even order drinks as a group if you’d like. There is always a wait to get in since it is so popular. To get on the guest list just give them your phone number and they’ll text you when your table is ready. I recommend coming after dark as they lake of dreams does a show every 30 minutes after dark.

I really enjoyed this place on a nice sunny afternoon. The lake of dreams was a beautiful water feature and made for interesting light. It felt secluded and was relatively quiet in the middle of the afternoon. The food and drink was expensive (like any of these hotels) but good. I took a star for service because I felt servers were a little cold.

This is my new favorite bar in Vegas. Having a bottle of chilled Rose by the lake with the nice breeze from the waterfall after a hot day walking on the strip was the highlight of our day. The show and the lights create an amazing ambiance. With bottles of wine starting at $60 dollars, this is the best value you'll find in the strip

Did not do food, but drinks and view were amazing. Worth it for sure. Little hot but would be nice latter in the day.

I had an incredible time at the Aft Cocktail Deck at the Wynn casino resort in Las Vegas! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The evening started with a delightful surprise - the mini king crab rolls. These little bites were a burst of flavors, with cold crab salad, zesty lemon, creamy mayo, fragrant tarragon, and the perfect touch of salt and pepper, all nestled on a small brioche bun. An absolute must-try! We also savored the crispy dumplings, a delightful vegan dish that left us craving for more. The pickled cabbage, edamame, and spicy soy sauce made this dish a delightful explosion of tastes. Yum! And let's talk about the cocktails! We indulged in two rounds of drinks, and they were nothing short of amazing. Each sip was a journey of taste, expertly crafted and beautifully presented. The ambiance at the Aft Cocktail Deck is a true highlight. The nautical theme adds a touch of elegance, and with a view overlooking the "lake of dreams," it's like dining in a fairytale. The mini shows starting at 8 pm added an extra layer of magic to the experience. One piece of advice - make reservations! We were lucky to walk in on a Tuesday night, but it's highly recommended to secure your spot in advance. You won't want to miss this incredible experience at Aft. Great spot to escape the strip! We stumbled on it Thursday early afternoon and waited 20 minutes for a table (conveniently they took a phone number and texted when table was ready). The cocktails were different, beautiful, and delicious. Service was great. We shared a tasty, healthy and filling hummus plate. It was so good that we went back on Saturday around 1. This time the wait was about an hour. Once you have a table there is no limit on how long you can stay. We had 2 drinks each and the cheese plate, and then a mocktail and fries. Again all great and a cosy calm place to hang out for the afternoon.
